This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: Yes, provided it's not TOO far back. Sorry, but if a thread's like a year old, chances are I'm not going back to it. But uh, if it's really plot-relevant or something and I don't have too many other threads going on I'll most certainly make exceptions! C:
Threadhopping: Yes.
Fourthwalling: For the most part, no. But there are certain settings in which I'll allow it; just ask for permission first, please!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): No smut or anything pertaining to smut - for god's sake Tails is just a kid you loonies, c'mon. Not to say that confusing him with innuendo isn't off the table for lulz, but that's pretty much the only thing I can think of atm.

Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Sure! C: He'd rather know you first - meaning if you just run up to him as a stranger and hug him he might get a bit awkward - but Tails likes hugs. ♥
Kissing this character: Sure, why not. :D Again he'd rather know you first, and for Tails attempts at romantic kissing may "gross him out" (because again eight year old boy, girls have cooties get out of here), but other than that, friendly kisses from people he knows or older girl figures may make him blushy or bashful.
Flirting with this character: Uh. Tails can be a bit oblivious on this front, but you're welcome to try?
Fighting with this character: Sure. C: Just don't mistake his small size and his age to mean that he can't look out for himself. This is a kid who's taken on armies of deadly robots and this is a kid whose travels with Sonic haven't really let him grow soft. He's not invincible by any means, or even all THAT strong, but I'm just saying Tails here might surprise you if you underestimate him.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure, but I'd rather iron out details and what have you beforehand.
Killing this character: Again, I'd rather iron out the details beforehand. I'm not really up for just killing Tails randomly.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I'm pretty cool with this, but again I'd rather iron out things beforehand. C: This sort of thing will probably be a case by case deal, so just PM me with details and what you wanna do and chances are I'll okay it.
Warnings: Hm... Well, for one Tails is deathly terrified of lightning. If you're around him while a storm is going on, prepare to possibly be lunged on by him and don't expect him to do much flying or running around outside. :|a; For another, Tails can be shy at first, but as he gradually opens up to you prepare to have your ear talked off. Mainly if the topic of conversation involves technobabble. Oh, and uh, being a kid still means Tails isn't always tactful or discrete when the time calls for it. Think of that little cousin who parrots that nasty thing he overheard you say about Aunt Rita the other day right there at the family reunion. Tails can BE that kid sometimes. Other than that, I can't really think of anything.
